Where is data physically stored?
On cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We'll publish specific sub-processor and region details once our SOC 2 process is further along.
Can we request deletion of a specific engagement's data?
Yes, subject to any regulatory retention obligation that applies to that engagement. If your request runs into one, we'll tell you exactly which requirement is holding it up.
